Egbert Benson (June 21, 1746 – August 24, 1833) was a slave owner, lawyer, jurist, politician, and one of the Founding Fathers of the United States who represented New York State in the Continental Congress, Annapolis Convention, and the United States House of Representatives. He served as a member of the New York constitutional convention in 1788 which ratified the United States Constitution.
